PTO SPONSORED

*Parent/guardian volunteers are needed to run PTO Clubs. The PTO has resources, but we need dedicated adult volunteers to commit their time.

*PTO Clubs can operate in a number of schedule formats. Some may meet once a week for 3-5 weeks, some may meet monthly or seasonally.

*We group appropriate grades together and limit numbers. This is done for safety and practicality. Some clubs are appropriate for older grades, some for younger students. Clubs may also be offered at different times to different ages.

*When clubs start forming, details and information regarding registration will be communicated via the Coop Loop newsletter and on the PTO Facebook page. We'll also link information & permission slips on the PTO website - pay attention to submission deadlines.

If you'd like to volunteer as a club leader, we'll do everything we can to help you have a great experience! Please reach out to us to volunteer: PTO4Coop@gmail.com

SCHOOL & TEACHER SPONSORED

School clubs and team sports are sponsored by Coopertown Elementary and facilitated by faculty and administrators. Many are for 4th and 5th grade students only. Information is sent home with your child or announced through school. The PTO assists upon teacher request.

OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION SPONSORED

Outside educational organizations utilize Coopertown facilities for after school and weekend programming. These organizations are not affiliated with the PTO or SDHT, but offer extracurricular opportunities to Coopertown students. As these clubs form, we'll post information in the "Community Section" of the Coop Loop newsletter and on the PTO Facebook page.
