In order to view our Family Directory and other hidden pages, you must join the PTO. Membership is FREE and the process is easy. We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our families and will only grant membership to registered and verified Coopertown parents and guardians.

Step 1:

  • If you were a PTO member last year, skip to Step 2.
  • If you are new, click on the "Log In" tab.
  • Register/sign-in using the email address you provided with your school paperwork and create your password.
  • When this step is complete, you will receive an email with an active link back to our site.

Step 2:

  • Log-in and click on "My Account" section.
  • Family Information” & "Volunteer Opportunities" forms.
  • Reactivate and update each child that will be returning to Coopertown.
  • Check "PTO Family Membership", your cart is now complete.
  • Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  • Complete by clicking "Pay Now" and "Place Order-again, membership is free.

Step 3:

  • You will receive a final confirmation email and be granted access to the Family Directory and other member-only information.
  • You can access the directory on a mobile device with the "Membership Toolkit" App.
  • Printed copies of our directory are available to purchase and are $5 each. Please contact Nicole Goodson to request a copy. Printed directories will be available at the beginning of October.
